Spring was built by one person, Sal (yes, really!). He’s a Senior Product Designer at Adobe that knows how to code and also holds a BSc in Business Administration and a MSc in System Sciences. This means he’s doing everything himself without the need of hiring a team. This keeps the costs low and allows Spring to offer 98% of its feature free of charge!

I made this because i hated the current expense splitting apps on the market. Not just because they would limit you in the number of expenses per day, but because they all looked like an app from 20 years ago and lacked basic functionality you would expect when you’re splitting expenses among a group.
